By accessing and using padelcampus.ro and our services, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

SERVICES

Padel Campus offers the following services:

• Padel court rentals (8 premium courts)
• Sports equipment (rackets, balls)
• Locker rooms and related facilities
• Bar and relaxation area
• Padel events and tournaments

BOOKINGS

Bookings are made exclusively through Playtomic or via phone/WhatsApp during opening hours.

• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed after deposit or full payment
• Cancellation: Cancellations at least 24 hours before the slot are fully refunded
• Changes: Time/date changes depend on availability
• Late arrival: Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in losing the booking without refund

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Current rates are shown on the Prices page and may be updated periodically.

• Payments can be made online (bank card) or on site (card/cash)
• Rates do not include equipment (rackets, balls) — available for rent
• Discounts and promotions may be offered periodically — check the website or contact us

RULES OF USE

For everyone's comfort and safety, please follow these rules:

• Court access is allowed only with appropriate sports footwear
• Smoking is not allowed on courts or in indoor areas
• Keep locker rooms and courts clean
• Respect your booked time — the court must be freed on time
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
• Alcohol consumption on courts is prohibited

LIABILITY

Users are responsible for their own safety during sports activity.

• SC PDL BASE SRL is not liable for injuries resulting from sports practice
• Users are responsible for personal belongings — we recommend not leaving valuables in locker rooms
• Users are liable for damage to rented equipment or facilities
• Personal sports medical insurance is recommended

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This website's content (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by SC PDL BASE SRL and protected by copyright laws.

• Copying, reproducing or distributing content without written consent is prohibited
• The "PADEL CAMPUS" brand is legally protected

PERSONAL DATA

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

SC PDL BASE SRL may update these terms at any time.

Changes take effect immediately after being published on the website. Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms.

FORCE MAJEURE

SC PDL BASE SRL is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).

In such cases, bookings will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes will be settled amicably where possible. Otherwise, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Romania.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may use the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) for alternative dispute resolution.
